Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the LJ320U21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FVN184THTL17078AAL manufactured by Ssd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ssd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICI5350140C8461 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kone Brand KM781380G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsushita such as GT30AIGT3100B equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP2500TC11318002101 made by Proface as well as the popular M10008 original spares produced by Longford
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FortressLT by Afe and GT30AIGT3100B spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
